Specificity This antibody reacts with IP3 receptor (a homotetramer, 260 kDa) isolated from a variety of cell types (e.g. lymphocytes, macrophages, granulocytes, fibroblasts, epithelial, endothelial cells, skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle and brain tissues). Note: The IP3 Receptor antigen might be susceptible to proteolytic degradation. We recommend to use protease inhibitors during sample preparation
