Product Name | RND3, 1-241aa, Human |

Description | Rho-related GTP-binding protein RhoE, also known as RND3, is a small GTPase of the Ras superfamily that regulate the organization of the actin cytoskeleton in response to extracellular growth factors. RND3 activity leads to a decrease in stress fibers and increased cell migration, at least in part through regulation of the Rho-dependent kinase ROCK1. Also, RND3 has been implicated in inhibition of DNA-damage induced apoptosis and cell cycle arrest. Recombinant human RND3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
