OX-62 appears as an 1150 amino acid, ~130 kDa single pass type I transmembrane protein expressed by intestinal dendritic cells, dendritic epidermal T cells, intraepithelial lymphocytes in the small intestine and by cells of dendritic morphology in lymphoid organs, at sites where gamma delta T cells are present. |
