More Information
Product Name Anti-NCK1 (clone AT6B3)
Description NCK1 (NCK adaptor protein 1) is a 377 amino acid protein. NCK1 belongs to the adaptor family of proteins. It is an adaptor protein involved in transducing signals from receptor tyrosine kinases to downstream signal recipients such as RAS. NCK1 is located in the cytoplasm, but shuttles between the cytoplasm and the nucleus. Overexpression of Nck1 in NIH/3T3 cells decreases DNA synthesis stimulated by EGF.
Synonyms NCK, NCKalpha, NCK adaptor protein 1 GRB4, melanoma NCK protein, MGC12668, NCK adaptor protein 2, NCK tyrosine kinase, NCKbeta, non catalytic region of tyrosine kinase, noncatalytic region of tyrosine kinase, beta, SH2/SH3 adaptor protein NCK alpha, SH2/SH3 adaptor protein NCK beta.
