More Information
Product Name Autocamtide-2-related inhibitory peptide
Description

Autocamtide-2-related inhibitory peptide is a selective and potent calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaM kinase II) inhibitor with an IC50 of 40 nM.  Autocamtide-2-related inhibitory peptide is selective over PKC, PKA and CaM kinase IV, with IC50's greater than 10 μM for each.  Autocamtide 2–related inhibitory peptide reverses CaMKII mediated effects in cardiac channels but does not alter INa gating.
