Description

BQ 3020 is a linear analogue of endothelin-1 (ET-1) which is a highly potent and selective ETB endothelin receptor agonist with Ki values of 0.18 and 970 nM at human ETB and ETA receptors.   Intratumour administration of BQ 3020 can attenuate cancer pain by modulating β-endorphin release from squamous cell carcinoma cells in mouse models.
