| Product Name | Ifnar1, 27-429aa, Mouse, Baculovirus |
|---|---|
| Description | Ifnar1, also known as Interferon alpha/beta receptor 1, is a member of the class II cytokine receptor family of proteins. This protein forms one of the two chains of a receptor for interferons alpha and beta. It binds and activate of the receptor stimulates Janus protein kinases, which in turn phosphorylate several proteins, including STAT1 and STAT2. The encoded protein also functions as an antiviral factor. Recombinant mouse Ifnar1, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
