| Description | NKIRAS1, also known as NF-kappa-B inhibitor-interacting Ras-like protein 1, belongs to the small GTPase superfamily. NKIRAS1 is atypical Ras-like protein that acts as a potent regulator of NF-kappa-B activity by preventing the degradation of NF-kappa-B inhibitor beta (NFKBIB) by most signals, explaining why NFKBIB is more resistant to degradation. Recombinant human NKIRAS1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography. |
