| Description | The Simple Plex AAV2 assay is a sandwich style immunoassay carried out within the microfluidic circuitry of a Simple Plex cartridge. Capture antibody coated glass nano-reactors (GNRs), biotinylated detection antibody, and streptavidin dye conjugate are all assembled within the cartridge. Users simply load their diluted samples and wash buffer into the cartridge before placing it in the Ella instrument. Ella then automates every step of the assay process from wash steps to final quantification of results in just 90 minutes. |
