Bovine Cytoplasmic FMR1-interacting protein 1 (CYFIP1) ELISA Kit
| Product Name | Bovine Cytoplasmic FMR1-interacting protein 1 (CYFIP1) ELISA Kit |
|---|---|
| Description | Bovine Cytoplasmic FMR1-interacting protein 1 (CYFIP1) ELISA Kit has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Bovine CYFIP1. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Bovine CYFIP1 and analogues was observed. Cytoplasmic FMR1-interacting protein 1 (CYFIP1) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with CYFIP1 include Fragile X Syndrome. Among its related pathways are Immune System and Regulation of actin dynamics for phagocytic cup formation. GO annotations related to this gene include protein complex binding and Rac GTPase binding. An important paralog of this gene is CYFIP2. This Bovine Cytoplasmic FMR1-interacting protein 1 (CYFIP1) ELISA Kit employs a two-site sandwich ELISA to quantitate CYFIP1 in samples. An antibody specific for CYFIP1 has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and anyCYFIP1 present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for CYFIP1 is added to the wells. After washing, Streptavidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of CYFIP1 bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured. |
