More Information
Product Name TRIB3, 1-358aa, Human (Denatured)
Description TRIB3, also known as tribbles pseudokinase 3, is a putative protein kinase that is induced by the transcription factor NF-kappaB. This protein is a negative regulator of NF-kappaB, and can also sensitize cells to TNF- and TRAIL-induced apoptosis. In addition, it can negatively regulate the cell survival serine-threonine kinase AKT1. Recombinant human TRIB3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli.
Synonyms Tribbles homolog 3, Tribbles homolog 3, C20orf97, NIPK, SINK, SKIP3, TRB3
