Dominant negative mutant of VPS4B inhibit vacuolar protein sorting and also arrest HIV-1 and MLV budding. Recombinant human VPS4B protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
